Earl Paddon, age 70 of Pocahontas was arrested in the early morning hours of Saturday April 11th 2026 by the Arkansas State Police.
Paddon was charged with:
Improper Head Lamps
Use Of Multiple Beam Road Lighting-High Beam
Possession Of A Controlled Substance-Sch.VI
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession Of A Controlled Substance-Sch.I,II
DWI-Drugs
Paddon is currently incarcerated in the RCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
