57 year old, Elisa Tippitt of Pocahontas was arrested on April 11th by the Arkansas State Police-Troop C
Tippitt was charged with:
Tampering With Physical Evidence-Felony
Possession With Intent To Deliver-Meth/Cocaine
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Tippitt is currently incarcerated in the RCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
