Caleb Charles Bagwell was arrested and returned to Lawrence County on the evening of March 31st 2026 after a bench warrant was filed on March 30th 2026.
The bench warrant was a revocation for probation, Bagwell was on probation for a charge of Assault On A Correction/Law Enforcement Officer in 2023.
Bagwell was transferred to the Lawrence County Detention Center where he remains incarcerated.
