Tips led to a traffic stop by Sheriff Waldrupe on Hwy 412-East just outside of Walnut Ridge on Tuesday afternoon.
Jack Matthew Ivy was stopped on a traffic stop and arrested on his outstanding warrant in Lawrence County.
Ivy was booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center on a Body Attachment-Child Support Hold.
