Jarred Hickman, age 42 of Walnut Ridge was arrested and booked into the Randolph County Detention Center early Monday morning according to arrest reports.
Hickman was charged by the Pocahontas Police Department on charges of:
Indecent Exposure-Misd
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia-Meth/Cocaine
Hickman is currently incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
