Austin Dakota Miller, age 30 of Ash Flat was charged on Wednesday March 25 2026 after investigators with Ash Flat PD say he sent illicit photos to a 13 year old juvenile.
According to the Probable Cause Affidavit:
On February 26th 2026, Ash Flat Police Department received a report from an out of state law enforcement agency in regard to a approximately 30 year old male subject from Ash Flat talking to and sending sexually explicit videos to a 13 year old juvenile A copy of that Agency’s case file and evidence was received and after observing the evidence and reports it was confirmed that evidence did show a male, identified as Austin Miller, sending videos of himself performing sexual explicit matters to the juvenile.
The phone number and pictures of him in the messages were observed and confirmed to be Austin Miller.
Upon a mirandized interview with Austin, Austin stated he had later known the child appeared to be younger than (17).
During the interview, Austin admitted to the exchange of photos and videos of sexually explicit conduct, between the juvenile and himself.
Austin also stated he believed some of the photos of the child would still be on his device.
A search warrant for the device was obtained, and a forensic download if the device was conducted. The forensic download of the device showed multiple occurrences and evidence of Austin talking to juveniles and showed to be at least three times a juvenile was caused to engaged in sexually explicit conduct, three times of possession or use child sexual abuse material. And at least (11) screenshots on the device from a video or live facetime of the 13-year-old juvenile performing sexually explicit conduct.
All items of evidence were located on the device that was retrieved during the mirandized interview with Austin on 3/10/26.
Miller is currently incarcerated in the Sharp County Detention Center on charges of:

Computer Child Pornography
Computer Exploitation Of A Child-1st Degree
