Ronald Dale Johnson, 77 of Hoxie passed away suddenly March 20, 2026.
Born September 1, 1948, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late J.M. and Ellen Seals Johnson. He spent most of his life working as a miller at Riceland Foods and after retiring from there he worked as a part-time painter while doing other odd jobs. Spending time with his dogs was one of his greatest joys.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three brothers, Tommy, Larry, and Roger.
Survivors include his two daughters, Elizabeth and Crystal; several grandchildren; one brother, Richard Johnson, two sisters, Genevia (Junior) and Paula (Miles); and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in the Lawrence Memorial Park at 12:30 PM with Junior Briner officiating.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Bryan Funeral Home.
