Charles Nelson was arrested shortly before noon on Sunday and booked into the LCSO Detention Center.
Nelson was charged with:
Domestic Battery-2nd Degree
Domestic Battery- 3rd Degree
Nelson is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
