Gage Davis, 22, of Salem, Fictious Tags, Failure to Maintain Control, Driving While Intoxicated-1st Offense, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test and No Proof of Liability Insurance.
Joshua Easter, 43, of Batesville, was arrested for Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member, Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree, Domestic Battering-3rd Degree/Purpose of Causing Injury, Causes Injury, False Imprisonment-2nd Degree/Interferes with Another Person’s Liberty and White Warrant.
