The family of Ann Davis McQueen continues to push for DWI/DUI awareness as they begin court proceedings in the case of their own family member killed in a DUI related accident in 2025.

Bail was set at $500,000 in the case of Brandon McCall in Randolph County today. McCall is the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed Ann McQueen and injured a passenger in McCall’s vehicle in October 2025.

McCall is charged with Negligent Homicide, Battery In The 1st Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Left Of Center, No Seatbelt.

Today the bond for Brandon McCall was set at $500,000 CASH.

This picture is just a small part of the family and community who showed up to stand for Ann McQueen. A mother. A loved one. A life that mattered.

We are not going away.

We are not being quiet.

And we will not stop until justice is done.
