The family of Ann Davis McQueen, who was killed in an accident by a suspected drunk driver believes they may finally be getting justice.
According to family members, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has agreed to move forward with the case saying charges are in the immediate future.
The details are this, Ann Davis McQueen was traveling on Hwy 115 in rural Randolph County in the early morning hours of October 18th, 2025 when her vehicle was struck head-on by a vehicle driven by 29 year old Brandon McCall of Pocahontas.
According to the ASP report, Ann Davis McQueen’s vehicle was struck head-on causing it to rollover and killing McQueen.
The driver of the vehicle that crossed the centerline, Brandon McCall and a passenger listed as Ryan Atkinson, age 24 of Walnut Ridge were both listed as injured in the crash.
According to family, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has stated that charges will likely soon be filed in Randolph County against McCall. These charges may not only be for the death of Ann Davis McQueen but could include charges for injuries to McCall’s passenger.
According to the family of Ann Davis McQueen, blood alcohol levels, witness statements of McCall’s alleged drinking and the fact he’d just left a drinking establishment will all come out once this matter actually gets in a court room.

Details Released In Saturday’s Deadly Randolph County Crash
The Arkansas State Police released their fatal crash report on Saturday’s fatal crash.
According to the ASP report, 55 year old Ann Davis of Maynard was killed in the accident and two others were injured.
According to the report, a 2017 Chevrolet driven by Brandon McCall, age 29 of Pocahontas crossed the centerline on Hwy 115 in rural Randolph County around 1:15am and struck Davis’ vehicle head-on, ASP reports Davis’ vehicle then overturned.
Brandon McCall, age 29 listed as the driver, and a passenger listed as Ryan Atkinson, age 24 of Walnut Ridge were both listed as injured in the accident.
Arkansas State Police listed the road conditions as clear/dry.
