Corey Thomas Throckmorton, principal of Concord High School was arrested by Jonesboro Police Department on March 7th 2026 according to court documents.
Throckmorton was charged with 2nd Degree Assault On A Family Member after authorities say he put his hands on a female and attempted to drag her inside during an argument, reports say this was witnessed by an 11 year old child.
Concord School put out a statement yesterday stating Throckmorton has been placed on administrative leave while the incident is being reviewed.
Throckmorton was booked, cited and released on Monday, court documents show a no-contact order was put in place by the court.
Throckmorton has a June 17, 2026 trial date set.
