According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were
incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Joseph Steinkampf, 20 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 24th on probation violations.
Charles Branch, 40 of Franklin, was arrested on February 25th for communication of a false alarm and disorderly conduct.
Tyler Howell, 33 of Ozark MO, was arrested on February 26th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Jacob Heikes, 40 of Viola, was arrested on February 26th for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Nicholas Staggs, 39 of Calico Rock, was arrested on February 26th for terroristic threatening 2nd degree and a warrant out of the Izard District Court for failure to appear.
Brandy Lambert, 44 of Cherokee Village, was arrested on February 26th on a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Kaleb Welch, 31 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 26th for probation violations.
Larry Hagan, 46 of Dolph, was arrested on February 26th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Randi Dodd, 42 of Mountain Home, was arrested on February 26th on a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Andrea Redden, 38 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 26th for DWI and disorderly conduct.
Chad Redden, 49 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 26th for drinking in public, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
Brian Parenteau, 46 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 28th for public intoxication, obstructing governmental operations, and refusal to submit to arrest.
