Arkansas State Police have identified a woman killed in a head-on collision that occurred at 5:27 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 5300 block of U.S. 49 in Greene County.
According to the Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash report, Melissa A. Alsup, age 58 of Paragould was northbound when her 2007 Cadillac crossed left of center into the southbound lanes and struck a 2019 Kia driven by Bryan K. Parker, age 47 of Brookland head-on.
Alsup died in the crash.
Parker and his passenger, 47-year-old Ashley D. Allen of Brookland, were both taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.
