Zona Faye Wilkinson Inman, 79 of Hardy, passed away Thursday February 12, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was born July 3, 1946 in Manila, AR to John Wesley Wilkinson & Zonie Alverta “Birdie” Crowell Wilkinson. Zona was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a teacher and held her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. She touched the lives of family, coworkers and friends too many to number. Zona was of Church of Christ belief and attended Black Rock Church of Christ. Her loss is felt by all.
Zona was preceded in death by her parents, John and Zonie Wilkinson and an infant son, John Arthur Inman.
She is survived by her husband Jim Inman; sons, Stephen Inman & wife Sheila of Walcott, and Michael Inman and wife Melanie of Pocahontas; grandchildren, Aaron Inman of Searcy, Garrett Inman (Kaitlyn) of Stanford, Baylee Inman Stubbs (Noah) of Bella Vista; and Josie Inman (Reyse) of Sherwood; great-grandchildren, Elias and Emma Inman; sisters, Sharon Camp of Wynne and Brenda Lakey of Kimberling City, MO; sisters-in-law, Sarah Lawhon and Sue Collins both of Hoxie; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews, and numerous friends and other family members.
Services will be held privately by the family.
