37 year old, Garrett Throesch was booked into the Randolph County Detention Center on Wednesday February 11th, 2026 on a Petition Of Revocation.

According to court documents, Throesch was convicted in January 2023 on Possession Of A Controlled Substance and placed on supervised probation.

According to the petition filed on February 6th in Randolph County, Throesch admitted to using Meth to his probation officer in October 2023, tested positive for Meth on 5/1/2024, failed to report for testing on 5/8/2024, 5/15/2024, 5/22/2024, 5/28/2024, 6/5/2024 and again failed to report on 6/12/2024.

Throesch tested positive for Meth on 6/18/2024.

Throesch failed to report again on 7/9/2024 and admitted to his probation officer on 7/11/2024 to using Meth.

On 8/28/2024 Throrsch again tested positive for Meth, on 9/3/2024 he again did not show up for scheduled testing and on 9/4/2024 tested positive for Meth.

On 10/15/2024 Throesch reportedly quit his job at Peco, under conditions of his parole this was a violation.

On 12/12/2024 Throesch admitted to probation officers that he’d used Meth recently.

On 10/8/2025 Throesch again tested positive for Meth, he also did not show up for his 10/27/2025 and 11/3/2025 probation meetings.

On 11/17/2025 and 1/20/2026 Throesch again tested positive according to court documents.

On 2/4/2026, Throesch admitted to probation officers that he’d again used Meth and also admitted to officers that he’d been associating with known felons, a violation of the terms of his probation.

On 2/5/2026, Throesch was arrested in Lawrence County on charges of Driving While Intoxicated.

In February 6th 2026 a Petition For Revocation was filed in Randolph County, Throesch was arrested on February 11th 2026 and is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center.
