Micheal Dewayne Jones, age 43 was arrested and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center on charges of Residential Burglary.
Micheal Dewayne Jones has prior convictions for Delivery Of Meth in July of 2024 and received 120 months SIS (Suspended Imposition Of Sentence) and was out on bail after being charged with Theft By Receiving in November 2025 after he was stopped in a vehicle by Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies on Hwy 117 that had recently been reported stolen from a residence on East 1st Street in Imboden. A Motion Of Continuance was filed by the defendant to move the trial date from January 2026 to March 2026.
Jones is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center
