Rebecca Stephens, 52, of Black Rock, departed this life on Monday, February 9, 2026.
Rebecca was born on July 29, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late John Blackwell and Patsy Blackwell. She had a deep love for her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Patsy Blackwell; her brother, David Blackwell; and her grandparents, Doyle and Dorothy Walley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Terry Stephens; her children, Rene (Heather) Cerda and Hunter (Mariah) Stephens; her grandchildren, Aden Cerda and Paxton Stephens; and her siblings, Jim Blackwell, Paul Blackwell, and John Blackwell Jr.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2026, with the funeral service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Michael Bradley will officiate. All services will be held in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel.
