Jonesboro Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the 1900 block of Cedar Heights Drive.
Dispatch received a call around 5:30 pm and was advised of a person who had been shot. A male victim was located on the scene. Medical aid was rendered before the victim was transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
