In Piggott Circuit Court Thursday, January 22nd, 2026, 31 yr old William Dee Scott Arnold was sentenced to 120 days in the Clay County Detention Center. He was Sentenced on the Charge of Residential Burglary.
When the Judge ordered him into custody of the Sheriff’s Dept. a deputy searched Mr. Arnold and found a bag of Hydroxymitragynine. There were 2 pills inside the bag, and Hydroxymitragynine is a Schedule I Controlled substance in Arkansas. Mr. Arnold was booked into the detention center with the additional charge Possession of SCH I Or II LT 2GM.
