Don Truitt was arrested on Friday night after police responded to a residence on the 200 block of South 8th Street.
Originally authorities received a 911 call from a 3rd party out of town family member reporting Truitt was making threats, brandishing and discharging a fire arm in the residence, injuring himself and was intoxicated.
Black Rock Police along with LCSO Deputies and Arkansas State Police responded to the residence.
Truitt was taken into custody without further incident. A medical unit placed on standby responded and checked out an injury on Truitt that was originally reported as a gunshot wound but was not according to those on scene. Truitt was treated after taken into custody.
Truitt was transported to the LCSO Detention Center and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
No other injuries were reported in the incident.
