Black Rock:
Black Rock Fire Department will be opened if needed in the event of widespread power outages per Mayor Wilson, overflow will be taken to the BR Gym if needed.
Imboden:
Imboden Community Center behind City Hall. 605 W 3rd. It will be open at noon Friday
City Of Jonesboro :
- Allen Park Community Center (3609 Race St.)
- Monday through Friday, 3:30 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m.
- Earl Bell Community Center (1212 S. Church St.)
- Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m.
- Jonesboro Youth Community Center (1421 W. Nettleton Ave.)
- Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m.
- Parker Park Community Center (1506 N. Church St.)
- Monday through Friday 3:30 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 12 to 5 p.m.
Hoxie:
Hoxie Fire Department located at 505 SW Lawrence will be open to the public as a warming shelter should the need arise. It will be open tomorrow night (1-23-26) at 11pm and throughout the weekend or until there it is no longer a need.
Mammoth Spring:
The Mammoth Spring VFW at 418 VFW Road Mammoth Spring will be open as a warming shelter this weekend Starting at 6 PM Friday. If you have a need to come to the shelter, please contact Dan Grant at 417-545-1576 or June Grant at 417-545-1577
Nine Mile Ridge Fire Department located at 6735 Nine Mile Ridge Rd will provide a warming station for those that might need it. It will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm both days.
Paragould :
PUBLIC NOTICE – OVERNIGHT SHELTER ACTIVATION

📍 Greater Vision Church – 529 E. Court St, Paragould
🕖 Check-in: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
➡️ This will be the ONLY overnight warming shelter for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Corning AR:
Community Center will be open as a warming station from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with hours adjusted as needed to meet the needs of the community.
In the event of a power outage, the Community Center is equipped with a generator.
