David Wayne Slusser of Walnut Ridge was booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center on Tuesday according to online records.
Slusser was booked on charges of Revocation.
Slusser was charged in November 2025 with Forgery and being a habitual offender. Slusser has an extensive record including theft, forgery and drug charges.
Slusser is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center.
