A Baxter County man, 48 year old KENNY RAY SLACK, was arrested today, January 21, 2026, on an outstanding bench warrant from the Baxter County Circuit Court for three felony counts of Sexual Solicitation of a Minor.
The warrant was issued following an investigation that was initiated last year. On August 31, 2025, the Sheriff’s Office received a request to respond to an address on Highway 5 South to meet representatives from an organization called “Bikers Against Predators” from Indiana. This group made a complaint that KENNY SLACK at that address had been communicating via Facebook messaging with persons he believed to be two 13 year old juveniles and one 10 year old juvenile. These messages were said to contain sexually explicit content. This messaging was alleged to have began on June 8, 2025 and continued until July 21, 2025.
The representative from Bikers Against Predators provided audio and visual recordings of contact that he had made with KENNY SLACK, both by telephone and in person, to confront him about this conduct. Deputies documented the complaint and allegations that were made. The report was referred to the Criminal Investigation Division for follow-up.
Investigators reviewed the messages that SLACK had sent to the juveniles and found evidence that SLACK was communicating in a sexual manner with what he thought were underage juveniles. However, in reality, these were decoy juvenile accounts set up to catch inappropriate conversations initiated by adults. In these messages, SLACK stated he planned to drive to Indiana to pick up the juveniles and bring them to Arkansas, and he made many sexual advances to the juveniles in these messages. These communications made it clear that SLACK knew these were juveniles and what their ages were.
The case was sent to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, which filed formal charges. A bench warrant was then issued for the arrest of KENNY RAY SLACK. The warrant was served today at the Baxter County Detention Center. SLACK posted $50,000 bond with a surety company and was released from custody. He is scheduled to appear before the Circuit Court to answer on January 26, 2026.
