According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Billy Plunkett, 51 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on January 12th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Adam Dayberry, 19 of Mountain View, was arrested January 12th for disorderly conduct.
Jerry Clements, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 13th for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Balikson Balik, 25 of Batesville, was arrested on January 14th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
Terri Stoner, 67 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 16th for fictious vehicle license, failure to register a vehicle, and no proof of insurance.
Velita Lone, 62 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 16th for DWI 2nd.
Clint Moore, 65 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 17th pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
