According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Joseph Langston Jr., 26 of Pineville, was arrested on January 5th for communicating a false alarm, trafficking a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining drug premises. Langston also has a probation/parole hold.
John Laxton, 56 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on January 6th for warrants out of the Izard County Circuit Court for financial identity fraud and two counts of theft of property.
Jonathon Bailey, 53 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 8th for failure to register and comply with reporting requirements; sex offender.
Bryan Smith, 52 of Mountain Home, was arrested on January 8th for careless driving, driving left of center, too fast for conditions, and DWI.
Tracy Strauser, 45 of Ash Flat, was arrested on January 8th for three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Strauser was also charged as a habitual offender.
Tristan Woods, 21 of Oxford, was arrested on January 9th for leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and DWI 2.
Shelia Stetka, 46 of Calico Rock, was arrested on January 11th pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
