Izard County authorities arrested 45-year-old Tracy Strauser on charges of possession of meth or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, possession of a schedule 4 or 5 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of a schedule 6 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver. Possession of drug paraphernalia, and she is charged as a habitual offender.
