According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Jaun Ponce-Marquez, 37 of Batesville, was arrested on December 29th for careless driving and driving without a driver’s license.
Steve Lyles, 52 of Paragould, was arrested on December 30th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Zachary Mayfield, 46 of Forrest City, was arrested on December 31st on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for delivery of a controlled substance. He was also charged as a habitual offender.
Robert Dickerson, 24 of Yellville, was arrested on January 1st for domestic battery 3rd degree. He also has a hold by probation/parole.
Terry Mitchell, 29 of Calico Rock, was arrested on January 2nd on a warrant out of Craighead County for rape.
Whitney Cooper, 37 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 2nd for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Andrew Macey, 24 of Mountain Home, was arrested on January 2nd on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
David Weathers, 53 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 3rd for driving on a suspended driver’s license and refusal to submit to arrest.
Imarea Jenkins, 27 of Bono, was arrested on January 3rd for failure to transfer a vehicle title, no proof of insurance, no seat belt, and obstructing governmental operations.
William Coffman, 60 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 4th for careless driving and DWI 2nd.
Regina Tullis, 49 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on January 4th for DWI.
