According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated for the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Donald Hill, 36 of Oxford, was arrested on December 15th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Franklin Ennis, 49 of Melbourne, was arrested on December 16th for DWI, refusal to submit, and no seatbelt.
Brian Ivie, 52 of Sidney, was arrested on December 18th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Ashworth, 31 of Melbourne, was arrested on December 22nd for reckless driving, DWI, possession of an open container of alcohol, no driver’s license, and fleeing in an automobile.
Dylan Sanders, 33 of Dolph, was arrested on December 22nd for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
David Calvert, 32 of Batesville, was arrested on December 26th on a warrant out of Baxter County for failure to appear on traffic violations.
