46 year old, Keith Whitcher of Imboden was arrested on Friday December 26th by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Detention Center.
Whitcher is charged with:
DWI 2nd Offense
Possession Of A Controlled Substance Sch. IV, V
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Careless And Prohibited Driving
Whitcher is currently being held in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
