Lawrence County Deputies responded to a 911 call on Sunday afternoon reporting a male suspect had “attacked” a female at a residence in the 900 block of West 3rd Street in Imboden.
Donald Howard Reed was arrested at the residence and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and transported to the LCSO Detention Center.
First Responders and a medical unit were staged until officers made sure the scene was safe, the victim was checked by medics.
Reed is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
