Billy Whitlow, age 42, of Ravenden Springs was arrested and booked into the Randolph County Detention Center on Saturday according to court records.
Whitlow is charged with both Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of A Controlled Substance, Sch. I,II.
Whitlow is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
