A Craighead County Court has sentenced a woman to life in prison after pleading guilty on Friday to child sexual abuse and child rape.
Jacqueline Michelle Holland-Totty, age 31, of Kennett Missouri pled guilty on Dec. 12th to:
Rape
Second-degree sexual assault
Grooming minor for future sex trafficking
Incest
Sexual indecency with a child
Judge Randy Philphours sentenced her to life in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
The charges stem from a March 19, 2024, incident alleging child sexual abuse/sexual assault occurring at a home on West Robinson Street in Bay Arkansas.
Arkansas State Police’s Crimes Against Children Division interviewed the victims at the Northeast Arkansas Child Advocacy Center.
Officers searched the couple’s home on April 24, where they reported finding “several items” that the victims had described in their interviews, the court documents stated.
Co-Defendant Justin Totty’s trial is scheduled to take place on March 2nd.
