Joshua Williams was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center.

Kidnapping
Obstruction Of Governmental Operations
Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree/Threatening Physical Injury or Property Damage
Williams is currently incarcerated in the LCSO Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
