Mark Rutledge of Imboden was arrested on Monday December 1st and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center.
Rutledge was charged with Possession Of A Controlled Substance.
Rutledge is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing/court date.
