According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were
incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Justin Adams, 38 of Franklin, was arrested on November 17th on a
warrant out of Fulton County for contempt of court.
Marshall Miller, 22 of Paragould, was arrested on November 17th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Micah Wynne, 23 of Springhill LA, was arrested on November 18th for aggravated assault on a family or household member.
Cody Willard, 25 of Strawberry, was arrested on November 20th for
DWI.
Nathan McCollum, 24 of Violet Hill, was arrested on November 22nd for domestic battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Korbin Stapelton, 19 of Wideman, was arrested on November 23rd for possession of alcohol by a minor.
Darren Burton, 30 of Clarksville TN, was arrested on November 23rd
and is awaiting formal charges related to theft of property.
