39 year old, Noel Cupp of Pocahontas was arrested on Saturday November 15th by the Pocahontas Police Department and booked into the RCSO Detention Center.

Cupp is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and trial date.
