Alisha Clark, 36, of Little Rock, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.
Shawn Elliot, 18, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Rape/Person Less Than 14YO.
Thomas Esposito, 37, of Batesville, was arrested on Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL and No Insurance.
Ralph Ford, 30, of Flippin AR, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance and Speeding.
