The Arkansas State Police released its fatal crash report on the deadly pedestrian accident that occurred on Sunday November 2nd.
According to the ASP report, 53 year old Anthony Ruiz of Walnut Ridge was killed and two other people including a minor were injured.
The report states that a 2019 Honda CRV was following a pedestrian in the outside lane of Hwy 67 southbound when it was struck in the rear by a 1997 Infinity causing the Honda to strike the pedestrian.
The accident occurred at 10:57am on Sunday, ASP reports the conditions were dry and clear.
