Two company owners were arrested by Jonesoro Police early Thursday morning. William (Zach) and Melissa Herron were arrested on charges of continuing a criminal enterprise (Class Y), theft of $25,000 or more (Class B), theft of services of $25,000 or more (Class B), and obtaining a signature by deception (Class D). All of these are felony charges.

In October, our department received numerous reports stating that paid services had not been completed by All-Star Solutions of Jonesboro.  An investigation into All-Star’s business records, conducted through search warrants, revealed that over 51 clients who were solicited by All-Star’s sales representatives for roofing services and paid a total of over $250,000 to the company have not received any services from All-Star or requested refunds. Some of these clients entered into contracts with All-Star as early as May 2024.

Both Herrons were transported to the Craighead County Detention Center and will be held until they receive a bond through a Probable Cause Hearing.

If you are owed MONEY or SERVICES by All-Star Restoration and have not filed a report with our department, please contact Detective Austin Morgan at 870-935-6710
