According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Eleno Bustamante, 34 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 21st on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Bradley Harris, 33 of Evening Shade, was arrested on October 23rd for not possessing a driver’s license and DWI.
Jacob Bell, 19 of Jonesboro, was arrested on October 23rd for contempt of court out of the Izard County District Court.
Phillip Baugh, 46 of Mountain View, was transported to the Izard County Jail on October 23rd on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for driving on a suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and possession of a controlled substance. Baugh was also charged as a habitual offender.
Courtney Keathley, 31 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 23rd for a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for probation violations.
Nathaniel Canals, 24 of Batesville, was arrested on October 24th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Adam White, 36 of Midway, was arrested on October 25th for reckless driving, drinking in public, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and DWI.
Ashley Wile, 45 of Ridley Park PA, was arrested on October 26th for drinking in public and disorderly conduct.
Tina Baquero, 56 of Calico Rock, was arrested on October 26th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
