At 4:50pm on Sunday several residents reported a male suspect loudly ranting and believed to be under the influence in the middle of the street.
Law enforcement including several LCSO Deputies and a Trooper from the Arkansas State Police responded to the incident.
Carl Poteet was arrested by authorities and charged with:
Disorderly Conduct
Public Intoxication
Criminal Mischief
Violation Of A Protection Order
Poteet was arrested less than two weeks before on similar charges. Poteet is currently incarcerated in the Lawrence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
