John Rhett Hubbard was arrested on Thursday evening and booked into the Lawrence County Detention Center.
Hubbard was charged with:
Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession Of A Controlled Substance Sch. IV, V
Hubbard will be given a bond hearing and court date.
