The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) has requested assistance from the Arkansas State Police (ASP) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) in the deaths of two women in Ash Flat.
On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, around 3 p.m., FCSO deputies responded to a call at a residence in the 300 block of Sweet Clover Lane regarding an unresponsive person.
Upon arrival, they found two women deceased inside the home.
The victims have been identified as Tonya Stallings, 54, and Ashley Stallings, 33, both of Ash Flat.
The deceased were transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory to determine manner and cause of death.
Jacob Lowell Smith, 32, of Ash Flat, has been identified as a person of interest in the investigation. Smith should be considered armed and dangerous.
