Emileo Lucky, age 37 of Pocahontas was arrested by the Pocahontas Police Department on Thursday afternoon.
Lucky was charged with:
(3 counts) Breaking Or Entering (Felony)
(2 counts) Theft Of Property (Misdemeanor)
Lucky is currently incarcerated in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
