Law enforcement reports an “Officer Safety BOLO (Be On The Lookout)” was quickly upgraded to warrant with statewide extrication after a “person of interest” was developed in a double homicide that occurred October 20th or 21st in the community of Agnos in Fulton County.
Authorities report the discovery of two females on Oct. 21st at one of the the victim’s homes.
The victim’s identities have not been released by authorities pending official identification, The bodies were transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for autopsy.
Arkansas State Police secured a warrant for Jacob Lowell Smith, 32, a white Male, 6 2″, weighing 165 pounds. Date of Birth Aug. 14, 1993.
Smith is wanted as a person of interest the double homicide.
Smith may be armed and dangerous and has violent tendencies.
Authorities say Smith left in an unknown direction possibly in a 2004 Red Dodge Ram 1500 pickup with license plate numbers BEH-93R that was stolen from the homicide scene. Two firearms were also reported stolen.
Smith is also wanted for absconding and violating probation and parole in Arkansas. Officials consider him armed and dangerous, do not approach Smith, contact authorities if you have information on this suspect.
