After careful consideration and close monitoring of the forecast for this weekend, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming event. This decision was not made lightly, as we know how much our community looks forward to it each year.
We understand the disappointment this may cause — I share that sentiment myself (my own child is heartbroken) — but we wanted to provide advance notice to prevent our vendors from setting up and facing unnecessary expenses if the weather forces a last-minute cancellation again.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support. To our generous donors and sponsors, please know that the fireworks purchased for this event are being safely stored in a dry, secure location and will be used at our June 27th show next year.
