JPD Detectives are currently on the scene of an afternoon shooting in the 800 block of Caraway Road.
Around 3:02 pm, officers were dispatched to the Chateau Appartments in reference to a shooting. They discovered one victim with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. This is an active investigation, and further details will be released as they become available.
