Authorities report a plane crash near Parkin Arkansas on Monday killed the pilot and both passengers.

Officials report the Arkansas State Police, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center responded to reports of a missing/overdue aircraft west of Midway around 3:15 p.m. Oct. 6th.

Memphis Air Traffic Control lost radar contact and communications with the Cessna 210B as it travelled from New Orleans to Jonesboro.

Searchers found the missing aircraft around 6p.m. in an area south of Highway 306 outside Parkin Arkansas.

The crash killed the pilot, Bob Clark Bolton Jr. of Heber Springs, and both passengers, Stanley Mitchell and Michael Montgomery both of Jonesboro.

FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
