According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Larry Horton, 55 of Oxford, was arrested on September 29th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for harassment. Horton was out on bond out of the Izard County Circuit Court. His bond in that case has been revoked.

Larry Watson, 39 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 30th for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Griffith, 41 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 30th for failure to comply with the sex offender registry, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearms by certain persons, and as a habitual offender.

Danielle Griffith, 36 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 30th for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Byron Estes, 20 of Sturkie, was arrested on September 30th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

Joseph Bullis, 46 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 1st on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for possession of firearms by certain persons.

Logan Phelps, 29 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 2nd on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, and as a habitual offender.

Christopher Obryan, 37 of Mountain View, was arrested on October 5th for DWI, improper parking, and DWI.
